Orders within Portugal usually take a few days. European orders usually take 1 to 4 weeks. Orders outside Europe can take 3 to 5 weeks.

Tracking number:

All orders are shipped with a tracking number to ensure that the shipment has been processed. We send the tracking number as soon as the order is placed at the post office.

Customs and import taxes:

Any customs and import fees are the buyers' responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damages and delays:

We are not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the transportation service. If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, we will not refund the shipping cost.

If your shipment arrives clearly damaged, please contact us by sending me a photo of the damaged order as soon as you receive it.
